What scale is my terrain?
We normally produce in 28mm scale. If models are intended for other scales, this is stated in the description. You can contact us at any time if you need terrain in a different scale.

Custom-made and personalized orders
Custom-made products are possible. If you have your own idea, please contact us.
For processing reasons (especially customs), we are currently not shipping any goods outside the European Union. If you still really want one of our products, we will certainly find a way. Contact us and we will see how we can manage it.
We offer a wide range of options for our ranges, please contact us if you require customisation.
Care instructions
Our items are not suitable for babies and children under 3 years.
Processing times
Processing times vary depending on the item. You can find more detailed information on each product. Items that we have in stock are processed the next working day and shipped faster than custom-made products such as buildings or large game boards. These are produced on request and usually require 10 days' lead time.
Shipping within the European Union
Orders are sent with tracking so you can always see the progress of your delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to transport or customs fees. Please check the delivery address provided carefully and contact us if you are unsure. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund if an incorrect address is provided. The item will then have to be purchased again. We always ship free of charge for you unless otherwise stated.
My item still hasn't arrived?
If your delivery is overdue, please contact us no later than 15 working days after the item's due date. Please note that shipments are not considered lost until this period has passed. Contact us before 2 months if your item has not arrived after this period. Please check the delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund if an incorrect address has been provided. The item will then need to be purchased again.
I entered an incorrect delivery address, what should I do?
Check the delivery address and if in doubt, send us a message to confirm. We are happy to change the address details as long as the order is still being processed and has not been dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund after dispatch if an incorrect address has been provided. The item will then have to be purchased again.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Instruct the delivery service to document the damage upon delivery. If in doubt, refuse to accept the item if the damage is obvious.

We cannot accept returns for custom-made items. Items listed in the shop can only be returned if they are unused and intact.
Prices and customs information
The prices shown include VAT for sales in Germany (currently 19%). For sales outside Germany, prices include VAT at 0%. Etsy may be responsible for collecting VAT at the point of sale. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for, and will not cover, any costs associated with, delays caused by customs.
General information on 3D printing
3D prints are not industrially manufactured parts, so quality can vary, especially for small parts. However, we strive to keep the prints to a high standard. During printing, it may be necessary to use support material, which in most cases we remove before delivery. However, residues may remain.
We only use high-quality filaments, mainly PLA (polylactide, a thermoplastic polymer), which is environmentally friendly and biodegradable. No complex cleaning is necessary.
We only use FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), which has limited detail and can leave visible layer lines, but ensures ease of handling.
