Delivery and shipping policy
Order processing
We process orders Monday to Friday only, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Our usual processing time is 1-3 business days. During this time, the ordered products are prepared for shipping.
Shipping areas
We ship our products within Germany as well as to the EU member states and Switzerland.

Shipping location
All orders are shipped from Germany (Stuttgart).
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service provider. Customs clearance abroad or in special areas can also extend the delivery time.
Please note that some products are only produced on request and the production time must be included in the delivery time. You will find relevant information on the respective product page.

Customs duties and taxes
For deliveries to non-EU countries, especially Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer and vary depending on the country of destination.
Please note: There are exceptions for areas with special regulations such as Heligoland, the Canary Islands or Åland. Import taxes and customs duties may apply in these regions.
Returns and exchanges
Items can be returned within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
